They are also enjoy areas that are neither too hot nor too cold &#8211; like the Indian Ocean for example.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<style>.vcex-heading.vcex_6a2370bf198ff{font-weight:600;}<\/style><div class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl wpex-text-center vcex_6a2370bf198ff\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Ingredients<\/span><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>Two (2)<\/strong> 6 ounce Swordfish fillets<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>1 TBSP<\/strong> olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>2 TBSP<\/strong> parsley <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>3 cloves<\/strong> garlic, minced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>1\/4 TSP<\/strong> crushed red pepper <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>1\/2 TSP<\/strong> lemon peel, grated<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>1 TBSP<\/strong> lemon juice<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\"><strong>2 TBSP<\/strong> room temp unsalted butter<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\">Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator][vc_empty_space]<style>.vcex-heading.vcex_6a2370bf19d37{font-weight:600;}<\/style><div class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl wpex-text-center vcex_6a2370bf19d37\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Instructions<\/span><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\">1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\">2: In a medium bowl combine the parsley, garlic, red pepper, lemon juice, lemon peel, butter and salt and pepper. Blend all the ingredients until combined and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\">3: Rinse the swordfish and pat it dry using paper towels. Make sure that you get all of the excess water removed. Season with salt and pepper on both sides of the filet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\">4: Heat a large skillet over high heat on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once it starts simmering add the swordfish and fry for 2-3 minutes or until brown. Flip and brown the other side for 2-3 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\">5: Once it is done browning, transfer the skillet into the preheated oven and roast for about 8 to 10 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans';font-size: 16px\">6: While the the swordfish is roasting, melt the garlic butter mixture in a pan on medium low heat.
