A Family Legacy, Four Generations Strong

Tony’s Seafood traces its roots back to the early 1900’s, to Angelo Pirri, a Sicilian fisherman who immigrated to the United States. He settled in Bristol, RI, became a local fishmonger and taught his son “Tony” the family trade of the fishing industry.

Tony continued the business, formally establishing Tony’s Seafood after his father’s passing in 1947. In 1978 Tony’s children expanded the business, opening a wholesale and retail operation in Seekonk, MA. In 1997 Tony’s son designed a state of the art processing plant in Warren, RI which now houses the wholesale and processing division of Tony’s Seafood.

For four generations it has been the Pirri family’s tradition to supply the finest in seafood and seafood products. Servicing both Retail and Wholesale, locally in Southeastern Massachusetts to the East Bay of Rhode Island and throughout the continental USA.

Fresh caught local product is shipped daily through our HACCP certified wholesale processing facility. Working directly with local fishermen, restaurants, schools, assisted living facilities and food banks. Quality, sustainability, and availability of a healthy fresh food source are our core values.

In the retail location you can find fresh locally caught fish, shellfish, and live lobsters in a ‘one stop shop’. We have a 100% from scratch kitchen preparing oven ready entrees, soups, sides, and appetizers. Daily delivered fresh bread, fine wine & craft beer, and more. Our staff is helpful, knowledgeable and ready to provide the best New England seafood experience for you and your family.
